This Workbook ~ How to Build Self-Love from Emotional Trauma
I created this workbook for individuals/clients who I noticed were struggling with extreme issues around the concept of self-love. It was almost this cringe, uncomfortable concept for them which most dared talk about. Fundamentally, it was stemming from unmet childhood needs, profound attachment issues which formed strong fears around abandonment or rejection, and emotional neglect/trauma they experienced as a child, which has led to developing maladaptive core beliefs such as “I am not enough”, “I am unlovable”, I am wrong, flawed”, “I am too not pretty enough”, “I don’t belong in this world”, and many more. Quite a substantial amount of those individuals I have seen also have mental health disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Complex PTSD, eating disorders, OCD, and Body Dysmorphia hold these negative beliefs of themselves.
