BUYER TERMS OF USE (for Shareify)

1. Overview

By purchasing or downloading any resource from Shareify, you agree to the following terms.
Shareify is a digital marketplace that connects buyers with independent creators of professional resources.

2. Ownership of Resources

All resources on Shareify remain the property of their respective sellers.
When you purchase a resource, you are purchasing a licence for personal or professional use, not ownership of the file.
You may not resell, share, or distribute any downloaded materials.

3. Use Licence

Your purchase grants you:

  • A non-transferable, single-user licence to use the resource in your professional practice or classroom.

  • Permission to print or reproduce materials for your own use only.

You may not:

  • Upload, share, or redistribute the resource to others.

  • Modify the resource or sell it as your own work.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

As resources are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are only granted if:

  • You purchased the wrong file and have not downloaded it; or

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Download Access

Upon successful payment, buyers receive instant access to their resource via a download page and confirmation email.
Downloads are linked to your account or email address and must not be shared.

6. Trust and Authenticity

Shareify verifies all sellers to the best of our ability.
However, all content is created by independent professionals. Shareify is not responsible for the factual accuracy of resources or for outcomes resulting from the use of the material.

7. Reporting Issues

If you believe a resource violates copyright or community standards, please report it using the “Report Resource” feature or email info@shareify.com.au.

8. Liability

Shareify and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from the use of downloaded materials.
All resources are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or suitability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Buyer Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of Shareify indicates your agreement to the most recent version.
