At Shareify, we want buyers to feel confident that the resources they purchase are accurate, useful and created with genuine professional input.

Artificial intelligence may be used as a supporting tool, but it should never replace a creator’s knowledge, experience or responsibility. This standard protects buyers while recognising the time and expertise our creators put into their work.

1. Check your resource for accuracy

Creators must review their resources before uploading them. Information, instructions, answers, curriculum references and professional claims must be accurate and appropriate for the intended audience.

AI-generated information must not be published without being carefully checked by the creator.

2. Represent your resource honestly

Product titles, descriptions, thumbnails and previews must accurately show what the buyer will receive.

Previews should not misrepresent the quality, quantity, format or contents of the resource. Any important requirements—such as additional software, printing, subscriptions or external accounts—must be clearly explained.

3. Make resources suitable for Australian buyers

Where relevant, resources should use Australian spelling, terminology, measurements, currency and educational language.

Resources created for another country may still be sold when they are useful to Australian buyers, but any overseas curriculum alignment or terminology should be clearly identified in the listing.

4. Keep genuine creator expertise at the centre

AI may assist with brainstorming, editing, formatting or design. However, the finished resource must be carefully reviewed and substantially shaped by the creator.

Shareify does not accept resources that are simply generated in bulk and uploaded without meaningful human input, quality checking or professional judgement.

Creators should not use AI to imitate another creator’s work, generate misleading professional claims or produce material they are not qualified to assess.

5. Take responsibility for everything you upload

Sellers remain responsible for all resources, descriptions, previews, images and files uploaded to Shareify, including AI-assisted content.

Creators must:

  • own the content or have permission to use it;
  • comply with copyright, trademark and licensing requirements;
  • check that references and sources are genuine and accurate;
  • avoid including identifiable student, client or family information; and
  • correct or remove content if a legitimate concern is identified.

How the standard will be introduced

This standard applies to all new resources and substantial product updates from 9 November 2026

Existing sellers are not expected to immediately redo their entire store. We encourage creators to review their most popular resources first and make updates gradually where needed.

If Shareify identifies a concern, we will contact the seller privately and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Resources may be paused or removed when they are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, repeatedly non-compliant or likely to damage buyer trust.

By uploading and selling resources on Shareify, creators agree to follow this standard.
