SELLER TERMS OF USE (for Shareify)

1. Overview

Welcome to Shareify — an Australian-based digital marketplace where professionals can sell and share their original digital resources.
By creating a seller account or uploading any material to Shareify, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You may only upload materials that you have created yourself or for which you have full rights and permission to distribute.
You retain full ownership of your uploaded content but grant Shareify a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, promote, and sell your resources on the platform.
You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate Shareify’s licence for future sales; however, past buyers will retain access to resources they have already purchased.
You must not upload or sell any content that infringes upon the copyright, trademarks, privacy, or intellectual property rights of others.

3. Legal Responsibility

As a seller, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded materials comply with all applicable laws, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shareify, its owners, and employees from any claims, demands, or actions arising from your content, including legal costs and damages.
If Shareify receives a copyright complaint or DMCA-style notice, we may suspend or remove your resource while it is under review.

4. Seller Commission and Payouts

Sellers receive commission according to their subscription plan:

Basic Seller: 65% seller / 35% Shareify
Premium Seller: 80% seller / 20% Shareify
Founding 50 Creators: 100% profit for the first 30 days, after which the commission reverts to the Premium Seller split

Payouts are processed automatically through Stripe or PayPal based on your selected payment method.
Shareify is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Pricing and Taxes

You set your own prices for each resource.
All prices must be listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
You are responsible for reporting and paying your own income tax or GST obligations.
Shareify does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, sell, or share content that:

Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Contains personal, sensitive, or confidential information
Is illegal, discriminatory, or harmful
Uses AI-generated or third-party content without proper licensing or permission

7. Termination and Suspension

Shareify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account if:

You breach these terms or upload non-original or infringing content
We receive verified reports of copyright or ethical misconduct
Your activities harm the integrity or reputation of Shareify

8. Reporting and Copyright Claims

If you believe another seller has uploaded infringing content, please report it using the “Report Resource” button or email support@shareify.com.au.
We will investigate and take appropriate action within 7 business days.

9. Disclaimer

Shareify acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not the publisher or creator of user-generated content.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of seller materials.

10. Changes to These Terms

Shareify may update these terms at any time. Continued use of your seller account after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
