It is a printable activity designed to build body awareness, emotional understanding, and self-regulation skills, and supports children to recognise internal body signals (interoception) and respond to their needs in a safe,
playful environment.

This game gently teaches children to:
- Notice body signals (e.g., hunger, heartbeat, tiredness)
- Build emotional awareness
- Practice calming and regulation strategies
- Develop language around internal experiences
Examples of Prompts on the Board:
“Is your heart beating fast or slow right now?”
“Take 3 slow belly breaths.”
“Rate your hunger: 1 (not hungry) to 5 (starving).”
“What does happy feel like in your body?”
“You feel overwhelmed - name 3 things you can see.”
“What does calm feel like in your body?”
These prompts combine reflection and action, helping kids connect sensations with regulation strategies.
