$61 · Single-teacher licence
Real cases, ready to teach. Your weekends stay free.
I’m a Legal Studies teacher in NSW, and this is the unit I’m teaching my own Year 11 class in 2027. The slides, worksheets, research task and marking are all done, so you can walk in and teach.
Disputes under the Law runs for about 25 indicative hours across criminal law, civil law and disputes with the state. Students follow real disputes through to the final outcome:
- R v Loveridge
- Prygodicz v Commonwealth of Australia (No 2) (Robodebt class action)
- Rush v Nationwide News
- Palmer v Western Australia
They also study the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody and the Banking Royal Commission.
