How to Use
Simply print, laminate (optional), add dice and game pieces, and play! Children move through the game by completing each heavy work challenge. Activities include pushing, pulling, carrying, squeezing, jumping, crawling, and other proprioceptive exercises designed to provide calming and organizing sensory input while making movement fun. There are also child-friendly "did you know" facts about heavy work.
