Wandermere Academy Grammar Puzzle Pack | Years 5–6 English | Sentence Structure, Punctuation, Verb Tenses, Conjunctions, Spelling | Back to School | Magical Theme | Harry PotterYour invitation has arrived. The academy is waiting.
Welcome to Wandermere Academy of the Arcane Arts — where students don't just study grammar, they use it to save the school.
On the first day of orientation, a series of magical glitches, mischievous Cackle-Pixies, and unpredictable first-year casting have thrown the academy into chaos. Students step in as Master Editors, unlocking five ancient Counter-Charms to restore order just in time for the grand Welcoming Feast.
Five missions. Five spells. One unforgettable first week of school.
The 5 Missions:
The House Sorting Ceremony — Sentence Structure Students discover which Wandermere house they belong to — Kinsbridge, Swiftbolt, or Deepvale — by identifying the sentence structures that best reflect their personality. Simple, compound, or complex: their grammar reveals their house.
School Supply Scramble — Punctuation and Capitalisation Cackle-Pixies have run off with the punctuation and capitalisation from the official school supplies list. Students hunt down the errors before the train leaves the platform.
Class Schedule Chaos — Verb Tenses A temporal surge has warped the Great Hall Clock, causing irregular verbs to slip through time. Students correct over-regularised past-tense and perfect-tense verbs to stabilise the master schedule.
Charms Class-tastrophe — Conjunctions Barnaby Blunderbuss tried to skip ahead in class. His spell backfired, scorching holes straight through the lesson plans. Students repair the damage by selecting the correct coordinating and subordinating conjunctions.
Sweet Spelling Swirl — Spelling and Word Study The Welcoming Feast desserts are trapped in a spinning vortex near the ceiling. Students unscramble high-priority spelling words and bypass trick decoy letters to bring the platters safely down to the tables.
